Dr. Rossilah receives her Masters and PhD from the UK. Her works concentrate on the areas of HRM/D, management education, and recently on disability and inclusion. She contributes to various peer-reviewed publications, and authors a book on ‘Training Needs Analysis’ and another upcoming ‘Case Study Teaching’. She is active in consultancy and research projects funded by local and international bodies, and has led 5 grants to completion in the last 5 years. She also conducts in-house trainings to corporate and government clients. Rossilah was the Graduate Academic Manager, then Deputy Dean (Academic) for AHIBS from 2012-2015. She is instrumental in the development of the University’s Human Capital Blueprint, Governance Blueprint, and New Academia Learning Innovation (on case study) framework.
